How wonderful it would be to lay your burdens down, return to the warmth of family bonds, and live in a place that expresses your truest self. Designing a home is, in essence, shaping spaces that flow in the same rhythm as life. This residence is born from the inspiration of the word “family” and the simple definition of a “place of happiness,” a home that most faithfully reflects the people who live within it.

Working from a clear brief, the architect designed with a deep understanding of the owners’ identity, placing their lifestyle and needs at the forefront. Every detail was crafted to evoke contemporary Thai vernacular and seamlessly blend Eastern influences—Chinese and Japanese, while the overall design and layout follow feng shui principles. The residence sits on a plot of over 1 rai (approx. 1,600 sq m / 0.4 acre) with more than 600 sq m of usable space.

This residence harmonizes interior and exterior design, embracing verdant greenery with trees and landscaped gardens around the home. A defining feature is how the owner’s personal tastes shaped the brief—most notably the use of solid wood as the primary finishing material. The project was realized through the collaboration of specialized experts from Landy Grand, a luxury home builder under Landy Home, Thailand’s No. 1 custom home company.
